Before you place an order with us or engage our services, please take a moment to review our Terms & Conditions. This document outlines your legal rights and obligations when interacting with bubBliss (“we”, “our” or “us”). The terms “you” or “your” refer to our customers, recipients of our products or viewers of our website.

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and you are 18 years or older. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please leave the website and discontinue the use of our services.

Please note that bubBliss reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason by posting the updated version on our website. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes by your continued use of the website.

1. Product Availability and actual appearance

As many of our personalised gifts are lovingly handmade by our professional team, please be aware that your personalised order may not be identical to the product images shown. Please also note that the colour of your item may vary slightly due to differences in screen lighting.

1.1 Preserved Flowers Gifts

Preserved flowers are natural and seasonal, which means there may be variations in shade, size, and shape. Additionally, as each preserved flower arrangement is artistically handmade, your arrangement will closely resemble the product image but may not be an exact replica.

We will ensure that the main or hero flowers featured in the product images are used in your order. If these flowers are not available, we will notify you. Should you choose not to proceed with the recommended alternative main or hero flowers, you may cancel the order.

Subject to availability, we will provide filler flowers as close as possible to those shown in the photos. We reserve the right to substitute them with other matching filler flowers of similar or higher value without prior notice.

1.2 Personalised Balloons

Please allow for a deviation of 1 to 3 cm in balloon size. Note that air or helium-filled balloons may expand or contract depending on the surrounding temperature. Additionally, it is natural for balloons to shrink over time.

To ensure the best appearance and longevity, we recommend that air or helium-filled balloons be delivered or collected approximately 1-2 hours before your celebratory event. Furthermore, placing the balloons in a cool environment will help maintain their pristine glow and extend their lifespan.

1.3 Personalised Miniature Diorama

When curating your personalised miniature diorama, we handcraft miniature pieces such as furniture and accessories based on your preferred theme and requests. As each item is handmade to order, please note that your order may not be identical to the product images shown on our website.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do accept request for returns or refunds generally. However, in the event that you have strong basis and wish to appeal for refund, we will review your request and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection.

If your refund appeal is successful, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, if the refund is completed within 6 days from your date of your original payment. If the refund is completed after 6 days from the date of your original payment, we will provide the refund via PayNow to your instructed bank account. Depending on the reason for refund, you may be required to return the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and hence, the cost of return shipping, if arranged by us, will be deducted from your refund amount.

2. Placing an order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the order details. Please review this information carefully and inform us immediately should you require any changes to be made. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information that results in delivery to the wrong address or failed delivery.

For any changes to your delivery information, please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time slot. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

The billing address is associated with the buyer, while the shipping address is for the receiver. All orders will be delivered to the specified shipping address by default. Please note that no receipt will be issued for deliveries.

3. Payment

All prices displayed on our site are in Singapore dollars.  We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery of Your Order

We will do our best to deliver your order to the recipient’s address provided.  To help ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure the recipient’s address is accurate and provide any additional instructions that might assist our drivers in locating hard-to-find addresses.

In the event that no one is around to receive the item, we will proceed to leave your order at the recipient’s doorstep and provide a photo of the delivered item as proof of our delivery.  If you do not want us to leave your order at the doorstep, please indicate this upfront under “Notes about your order”.  We will contact you after the failed delivery and arrange for re-delivery at an additional delivery fee of $20.

4.2 Delivery Timeframe

Subject to the availability of delivery slots, it would typically take 1 to 3 working days for your order to arrive at your designated delivery address upon confirmation of your order.  For uninflated party supplies chargeable at a flat shipping rate of $5, we may arrange for your order to be mailed to you instead and if so, it would usually take 2 to 5 working days to reach your shipping address.

4.3 Production Lead Time for Personalised Orders

If your order includes personalised items, additional production lead time will apply as follows:

Personalised flowers – 1 working day

Personalised balloons – 1 working day

Personalised miniature diorama – 1 working day to 3 weeks (depending on theme and complexity)

Other personalised items – 1 to 3 working days

    As the above production lead time for personalised items are not considered in the available delivery dates upon your checkout, we will contact you to arrange an updated delivery date after receiving your order.

    4.4 Delivery Fee

    We offer complimentary delivery for orders $90 or more. Otherwise, the flat shipping rates will apply:

    Uninflated party supplies – $5

    Inflated balloons and all others (unless otherwise stated) – $20

    If your order includes items of varying shipping rates, the shipping fee applicable to your order would be based on the highest rate (one delivery charge only).

    4.5 Delivery Areas

    We currently offer delivery to the areas listed in our delivery schedule. Please note that we reserve the right to change the delivery schedule without prior written notice. If we are unable to deliver to your requested delivery address, we will notify you and you may proceed to cancel your order.

    5. Returns and Refund

    Orders placed are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As such, please double-check your order details during checkout before submitting. However, if you notice any discrepancies in your order details after placing an order, please contact us immediately and we will assist you.

    We reserve the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at our sole discretion if you are uncontactable.

    5.1 Exchanges

    We only replace items on a 1-1 basis if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at bubbliss@outlook.com and provide photos and videos of the defective/ damaged goods to substantiate your request. We will review your exchange request and contact you thereafter.

    6. Marketing and social platforms

    By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that images and videos of your purchased items may appear on our website and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. We reserve the right to post this content for marketing purposes without seeking your consent or paying any fees. If you prefer not to have your items featured, please notify us via email and we will respect your request.

    7. force majeure

    Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances shall include but are not limited to civil commotion, riot, labour strike, act of government, act of God, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.

    All copyright, patents, trademarks, registered designs and other intellectual property rights related to our services, website and all content therein are owned by us and our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, the trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively, “Marks”) displayed on this website.

    The Marks belonging to bubBliss and other third parties are protected, with all rights expressly reserved. You may not use the name “bubBliss” or any of the Marks for advertising, publicity, or as a hyperlink without prior written consent from bubBliss or the relevant third parties.

    Additionally, the domain name hosting this website is exclusively owned by bubBliss. You are prohibited from using or adopting a similar domain name or name for your own purposes.

    9. geographical and legal jurisdiction

    The website and its services are intended exclusively for residents of Singapore. We do not guarantee that the services and content available on the website are suitable or accessible for use outside of Singapore. Individuals who access the website from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

    These Terms and Conditions, as well as any matters related to your access to or use of the website and services, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. This includes, without limitation, the provisions of the Singapore Evidence Act (Chapter 97) and the Electronic Transactions Act (Cap. 88), and excludes any principles of conflicts of law.
